In today's music inclination, there are lots of musical acts hastening into the scene. Most of these musical acts are young talents. Perhaps, this group are one of those.

Formed on their sophomore year at high school during 2005, Dymphna basically started out covering songs from various artists. After few weeks of being together, the group then started making their originals, which they performed on their gigs. Formerly, Dymphna was a crew of six members, having two vocals on their line-up. But unfortunately, last 2007, their second vocalist left them for some personal reasons.

Influenced by elements from punk, hardcore, metal, alternative and almost everything under the branch of music, Dymphna tries to separate themselves apart from other local acts that play a distinctive kind of music. Pretty much experimental and mixed-up, Dymphna's style and sound is hard to delineate.

Just recently, another south born axeman has joined the line-up and Jp Chua has proved to be a God given blessing.

Dymphna currently continues to make some music and seeks the pathways of improving and putting their reverberation to the next stage. (read less)
