Kalistenic is a new metal band from Bucharest, Romania formed in late march 2011. The sound is a mix of different musical influences mostly fusing groove and death with melodic,technical and sometimes brutal riffs.

Their first demo came out in June 2011 consisting of 4 tracks recorded live in a studio in Bucharest.
